PDF ResultsDuring the 9th Polish Championships - Zary 2009, there has been an incident between an athlete of the Zloty Tur Gdynia club - Christian Rieger, and the FAP main referee Peter Szczerba. The athlete was under the influence of alcohol and was behaving in an impropriate, aggressive way.
On Igor Mazurenko's - chairman of The Zloty Tur Club proposal, the congress of the Polish Armwrestling Federation made a decision on April the 5th to suspend Christian Rieger for six months. The suspension expires on the 5th of October 2009.
